Materials:

250 gr of papaya flower
1 tablespoon of salt to lessen even to eradicate the bitterness of the papaya flower itself.

Some drinkable water.

2 red tomatoes. You have to slice it into some pieces firstly.

Steps:

Wash firstly the papaya flower with the clean water and then please add some salt into it.

Then pinch the papaya flower strongly until the water that trapped within the papaya flower itself could getting out and it will lessen even deaden the bitterness. After that you can let it be for 30 minutes.

Wash the papaya flower again with clean water and then boil it until it is really delicate. Take it up then.

Saute the garlic slices and the shallot slices until it well–smelled and delicate too. Then put the tomato and the chilies into the pan.

Put the fried anchovy into the pan or perhaps you prefer to put the raw anchovy, yeah just do anything based your own appetite.
